I encountered multiple issues, the room had a musty smell, and the furniture was covered in dust. I also found torn lamp shades, non-working plugs, and a dirty washcloth in the shower. The pool area lacked towels, and housekeeping knocked and opened the door at 9:15 AM, disturbing my entire group. Managing chaos at the hotel entrances and unmonitored doors created further inconvenience.
